The Electronic Catalog is central to the system design and management of your inventory.  Various file formats can be uploaded into the electronic catalog while will provide you with a referrence for adding new items to inventory, updating newly published retail prices and viewing the available data of the vendor's electronic inventory.

Some electronic catalog features are customized to specific vendors such as True Value, Do it Best, Orgill, Pittsburg Paint, Sthil, and several other vendors. 

Note: When working with your vendors always as if they have their catalog in some type of electronic format.  If so,  have the vendor email you the catalog on a periodic basis so that you can keep your retail prices upto date by using the available utilties within TransActPOS.  If you have a vendor that is not listed within the Electronic Catalog listing, we will be happy to work with you to create a converter for you.  Typically, the cost to import a catalog is zero!
