TransActPOS support is provided 24 / 7 for stores that have a current maintenance agreement.
Support is provided by calling 270-821-0720 or emailing firstname.lastname@example.org.
Calls are responded to as received by support staff during normal business hours (8 AM - 5 AM CST). After hours and weekend call support provided by the "On call" support staff person. Pressing "9" during the initial greeting will connect you to this person. If they do not answer, leave your name, store name, phone number, and a short message. They will return your call as soon as possible. Emails are responded to during normal business hours.
The maintenance agreement includes support and software updates as they become available. Software updates are automatically downloaded to your system and then applied. The user workstation will indicate that the update is available and instructs them to exit TransActPOS and return to the application.
